Placing An Order
Placing an order with BoiGhor is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.)
All items offered on our Web site are fulfilled by BoiGhor. Please note that your payment is charged by bdLogic web-store system (on be-half of BoiGhor), and it will show up on your credit card bills as such. [ Go to Top]
Finding Items
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search is available in the "SEARCH" page. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including availability. [ Go to Top]
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Some item may have multiple options/features available, and at this time click the "Customize and Buy" button to customize the features. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, you can initiate checkout by clicking on the "Continue to Checkout" button, or click the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page of our Web site. Preview of the Shopping Cart may be available on the left of each page. You can edit specific item's features and options by clcking on the  button next to that item in your Shopping Cart. Continue to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click the  button next to the title to remove it from your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the "Continue to Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Signing In
Enter your e-mail address, indicate that you are a new customer, and click the "CONTINUE" button. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders). Do not fill in the password field if you are a new customer. You will be asked to provide a password for your account later in the process.
If you are a new customer you will be taken to the new customer signup form. At this point you fill out all necessary information (bolded fields are required) and click on "CONTINUE" to proceed to the next step. At this step you will be asked to verify all information and provide a password for your account. Click on "SUBMIT" to finish creating new account and proceed to checkout. [ Go to Top]
Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. If you are shipping to an APO or FPO address, click here for further instructions. If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the words "PO BOX" before your box number to ensure that the order is delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. [ Go to Top]
Select a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. If there is a free shipping promotion in any item, it will be calculated automatically in the next steps before you submit your order. You will see estimated shipment and delivery dates in the e-mail we send you to confirm your order.
If electronically downloadable (online download) item in your order, you will be given the appropriate URLs for you to download the item.
Also, please note that the availability listings on our Web site are intended for single-copy orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble.

Method of Payment
Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept most major Credit Cards. All orders must be prepaid. Please enter the credit card number without spaces or dashes. [ Go to Top]
Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "COMPLETE ORDER" button to submit your order.
